When you fill out the inquiry form on our Contact page, we collect the information you enter yourself — typically your name, phone number, email address, project type and any details you share about your site or budget. We don't collect anything beyond what you choose to submit.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry — to get in touch, understand your project, and schedule a call or site visit. We don't use it for marketing lists, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your submission to our email inbox. FormSubmit does not use your data for any purpose beyond that delivery. We don't store submissions in a separate database of our own beyond our email inbox.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — which pages are viewed, roughly how people arrive here, and general location and device information. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. This data is aggregated and anonymised; we don't use it to identify individual visitors, and it's separate from anything you submit through the contact form.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
These services may process technical information such as your IP address as part of normal web delivery, in line with their own privacy policies.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@ruasis.com. We'll act on reasonable requests promptly.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
This website exists to showcase RUASIS's work and make it easy to get in touch about a project. Nothing on this site — descriptions, project details, specifications — constitutes a binding quote, contract, or professional recommendation. Actual project scope, pricing, and timelines are only agreed through direct discussion and a signed agreement with us.
The content on this site — including project photography, renders, text, the RUASIS name and logo — belongs to Ruasis Infra LLP or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to share links to this site, but please don't reproduce or repurpose our project photography, renders, or written content elsewhere without asking us first.
We do our best to keep project details, specifications, and other content on this site accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it's error-free or fully current at all times. If something looks off, we'd genuinely appreciate you telling us.
This site links to or embeds third-party services — including Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, and our contact form provider, FormSubmit. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these external services once you leave our site.
